"I had the chance to participate in the 2009 Show Hope 100 Holes of Hope held this October at the Hawthorn's Golf & Country Club located in Fishers, Indiana. The event was a group of eighteen guys that came together to raise money for the Show Hope Foundation. In only a handful of weeks the team of golfers managed to raise over $30,000 for the organization. This event would not have been possible without the folks at Marathon Event Marketing.
The event went off without a hitch. From the coffee on the first tee to the sack lunches at the turn and the pizza and snacks after an eleven hour day of golf, these guys know how to run an event. But it was not just the food and beverage that showed me this firm knows what they are doing. Even during our rounds the guys from Marathon Event Marketing were riding around the golf course handing out bottled water and and an array of snacks to keep our bodies hydrated and our bellies full.
Marathon Event Marketing did an absolutely incredible job with this event. They have a level of professionalism that is hard to match and showed a vested interest into everyone taking part in their event. I would be happy to work with these guys in the future no matter what the cause as they really do get what it takes to put on a top notch event. I applaud them for all their hard work, organization, and dedication to this year's Show Hope 100 Holes of Hope. Great job to everyone at Marathon Event Marketing."

Show HOPE Golf hosted 100 Holes of HOPE on Monday, October 5, 2009 to raise money for Show HOPE. 100 Holes of HOPE was a new concept that Show HOPE Golf attempted this year in an effort to maximize fundraising potential. Teaming up with Marathon Event Marketing, SHG launched the 100 Holes of HOPE campaign just before Labor Day weekend and raised over $30,000 by game day.
"We were looking for a way to increase our bottom line performance in a very difficult economy," stated Ben Houk, SHG Committee Chair. "The guys at Marathon Event Marketing showed us how we could raise more money with fewer resources and expenses - all while continuing to raise awareness for the cause of orphan care. We had amazing support from Val & J.R. They really made the event the success that it was."
